Return Policy

We stand behind the gear we make. If something shows up damaged or isn’t working the way it should, we’ll make it right.


Eligibility:

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrived damaged or are not functioning properly. Please inspect your order when it lands and contact us within 15 days of receiving your shipment to report any issues.


How to Start a Return:
Email James at cs@housemade.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect. In the event your gear was damaged in transit, include photos of the inside and outside of the shipping box and packing materials (this is required by our shipping insurance carrier). We will file an insurance claim to cover the cost of a replacement and send you new gear when the claim is approved. Once it's approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Important Notes:
 • Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
 • Returns are not accepted for reasons outside of shipping damage or functional issues.
 • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Refunds & Store Credit:
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you can choose either:
 • A refund to your original payment method (processed within 10 business days, depending on your bank), or
 • Store credit issued to your HouseMade account for future purchases.


If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund or credit, please reach out to cs@housemade.us

Order Cancellations:
Change your mind or place an order by mistake? It happens. Just reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation. We can either shift the full payment amount to housemade.us store credit or issue a refund to your original payment method, less the credit card processing fees.
