Shipping & Processing Times

We’re a small, hands-on shop, and every order gets packed by real humans. Here’s how shipping works:

Normal Processing Times

Orders typically process and ship within 2–3 business days.

Holiday Processing Times

From the last week of November through December 31, processing times may extend to 5–7+ business days due to increased holiday volume. This time of year, our team packs nights & weekends to get your gear out asap.

Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas 🎄

• To guarantee delivery by Christmas, orders must be placed by Friday, December 12.

• Orders placed after this date may still arrive before Christmas, but we can’t promise timing once the deadline passes.
  
  

Missed the Cutoff? We’ve Got You.

If you didn’t get your order in before the Christmas shipping deadline, no worries. We offer a downloadable, print-at-home gift card you can tuck into a stocking or under the tree so your recipient knows what you're spoiling them with.

We’ll always do our best to get your order out the door as quickly and carefully as possible. Thanks for supporting a small, family-run shop, we truly appreciate it. 

Need help with your shipment? 

Was the shipping box damaged, or gear missing from the box? Did your package not arrive and the tracking says it did? It's rare but it happens... don't worry. We insure each box and will handle everything for you. 

Just reach out to James at cs@housemade.us with your order number and (if applicable) photos of your damaged packaging/gear. The claim & replacement process is fast and personally handled by us all the way, whether your shipment was bumped & bruised or MIA completely.
