WHAT'S IN THE BOX:
Our swage blocks are all forge-pressed by Brian, Brent, and whoever happens to be visiting our Southwest Florida shop. Every block is hot-stamped with the HM signature skull.
The swages will vary slightly - they are individually handcrafted by us, so no two are 100% alike. Each 3.5" to 3.75" square swage block is made from A36 mild steel and weighs about 3.75lbs.
Each 2" Ball Die is fabricated here using a 2" AISI 52100 chrome steel ball bearing and a 3.6" round of .25" A36 mild steel, then heat-treated.

A $5 Harbor Freight hammer is all we used to prove you don't need a shop full of fancy tooling to make our DIY scoops.
The success of our DIY Grinders group is proof that collaboration is king. So we just launched one for forges -- this is your friendly space to learn and share ideas with us and the "hive mind".
Keep up with the House team's daily projects and random mail calls in the workshop. This is where you'll find behind the scenes content and get early access to promo codes & giveaways.
Subscribe to content that's 50% shop class, 50% feature film. Brian walks through building, wiring, tuning, and using the grinder; and regularly produces content on his other projects.
