The Tsunami 3x79 belt grinder is a workshop game-changer. It grinds steel, metal, wood, plastic, ferrous and non-ferrous materials… anything you can think of. It is a heavy-duty industrial machine that you build yourself and it will revolutionize your shop setup.

Just like the Revolution project, any novice fabricator can put this together for a bigger, badder, feature-rich, tilting belt grinder that'll give you an EXTRA 93 SQUARE INCHES of abrasive surface area over a 2x72.

In addition to the 90-degree tilt on the machine, you can tilt the platen back and the grinder can be run in reverse to do lengthwise grinds, similar to a Japanese grinding machine. It's awesome. You'll love it.

Note: ALL Tsunami kits ship with a 220v wiring kit.
The Tsunami 3x79 is engineered to work on 220v because this machine requires a bare minimum of 2hp to run a 3" belt. If you decide to go with a smaller motor or 110v wiring, the machine will underperform.

Already running a Revolution 2x72? Hot-swap it to the TSU and run 3" belts on your Revolution chassis!

We’ve got an upgrade kit for you, requiring no fabrication at all.
Just bolt it up to your Revolution, swap out your wheels and you're ready to grind. The chassis is 100% cross-compatible from ANY Revolution machine and yes, you can run a 2-inch belt on the 3-inch wheels – just swap out your Tsunami platen assembly for your 2-inch Revolution platen assembly and go.
